Early Registration Fee *2	JPY12,000 yen(US$110)
Ordinary Registration Fee *3	JPY13,000 yen(US$120)

Early registration deadline will be extended to September 30, 2019 (MON).
After 1st October (TUE), please register on-site.

*1. After 1st Oct (2019) On-site registration (same fee as Ordinary Registration)
*2. Before 30th Aug (2019)
*3. 31st Aug (2019)～30th Sep (2019)

How to registrate

There are two ways to registrate.

1. Online / Please press [Online] below and complete your registration. After your registration, you will receive your confirmation email. If you do not receive within 1 hour, please contact us.
2. Registration form / Please press [Registration form]from the button below and fill out “Registration Form” and “Name List”. Then, please send that attached to an email below.

How to pay

1. Registration by online : credit card or bank transfer
   We accept credit cards below.
   
2. Registration form : bank transfer for each registration
   If you would like to pay by the bank tranfer, please transfer registration fee to the bank account below. Name of the bank ：MUFG bank, Ltd

Information

• If you cancell the registration after payment,it is non- refundable.
• If you would like to change your information(e.g. User ID, email address, password, the payment method and so on), you can confirm and change with MYPAGE after the 　registration.
• It is available to registrate for 24 hours.
• If you do not receive the confirmation email within 1 hour after the registration, please contact us on weekdays during 9:00～16:00(JST).
• The registration fee deadline is Early Registration : Before 30th August(Fri) Ordinary Registration : From 31st August (Sat) to 30th September (Mon).
• If you miss by the deadline, it is available to registrate at the reception counter of the day. You can pay by card or by cash.
• After your cancellation, if you would like to registrate again, please start over from the first step with new ID.
• After your registration, if you would like to confirm your contents, please move to My Page by clicking on the name of the representative.
• If you would like to take your familiy, they need to registrate. All attendees need to be registrated.
• It is available to registrate if you are non- Lions Clubs member. But Lions Clubs member’s companion only can attend the convention.
• We do not have any discount for LEO, spouse, children or a group.
